This should be a fairly simle puzzle to solve. I don't know if I have ever seen one quite like it, but there may be one out there somewhere. Good luck and have fun. You will be looking for a decon container once you solve to puzzle. Placed on my daily lunchtime biking route. Let me know if I need to change the difficulty, as I'm not sure how tough or easy it will be. Have fun.
