Behind the Wall Traditional Cache

This is a cache in a unique location which many have driven by but few have ever seen. The challenge is in getting to this spot. This was one of my first caches placed, and still one of my favorites.
A few pieces of information which may help navigating in this area:
1) You do not access this from the freeway. Please do not try. Unless you are superman (or have similar talents) you will not succeed and will only cause danger to yourself and others. There is a way that you can drive to the cache location and access it without fear of being hit by a speeding car or needing any special superpowers, except for perhaps a bit of that special Cache Sense which permits you to locate certain caches from 50 feet away. Shorter cachers may need some additional help.
2) Exit 51 says "no return to I-15 southbound". While this is strictly true, you can always get off on Exit 51 and then head back northbound one mile to Exit 52 which will allow you to get back going in the right direction. Whether or not this piece of information helps you find the cache will remain to be seen, but it makes the fear of getting off on Exit 51 a lot less - and if you're headed southbound, you may need to get off on Exit 51 after you pass the cache location on the Freeway.
3) Winter may increase the terrain rating significantly. Specifically, walking to the cache during winter may be significantly safer and more likely to result in a positive outcome than attempting to taking a Terrain 1 approach. Taking a Terrain 1 approach during winter may result in your method of transportation becoming part of the landscape until spring.
4) Watch for falling or fallen rocks.
