Geocache Description:

A simple cache and dash over a stile and up a steep grassy hill.

Torrisholme Barrow is near Morecambe in Lancashire. Local legend says the Torvald the Viking is buried there waiting for Ragnorok, or at least that’s what my son learned at the local school!

It is a Bowl barrow with housing near by. Beautiful views of Lancaster and Morecambe bay on a clear day.

Watch out for cows and thorns!

Container is a round tub, original contents were Jorvik coin, finger dragon, cat, scooby.
