Oso funny is at the historic Snohomish town site of Oso.
In 1910 the Oso population was 300 and the public school served 45 pupils each day.
The school that can be seen from the cache was built in 1919 and last used in 1977.
The fire station that can be seen from the cache was built in 1984.
