A man wanted to build himself a stone mansion in these Southwest Michigan dunes. He found the one he wanted across the lake in Chicago. He had the mansion disassembled, marked and numbered each stone, and had them shipped over. When the boats arrived, the chore of transporting the large stones to shore began. Sadly, a storm blew in and much of the cargo ended up in Lake Michigan. The blocks that are scattered through the woods are the only remains of the dream. True story. Cache contains a log, pencil, and small trade items. "Lions" travel bug is available for FTF.
