hermjm: The game commission put do not enter signs on the swinging bridge. Although in order to find the cache you don't have to cross the bridge, I disabled the cache to remove the temptation.

Located along the beautiful Rails to Trails, this cache is placed at one of my favorite spots. You will see the name of this cache "Friends of Toby" carved onto a piece of planking on the bridge if you decide to cross it but crossing it is not necessary. This is also a great fishing spot. Parking from Brockway at N41° 15.149, W078° 47.664 is a 6 mi. bike ride or parking at N41° 18.023 W078° 49.560 is about a 1 mile walk. Leaving from Ridgway, park at N41° 25.189, W078° 44.051 is about a 12 mile bike ride or parking at the Game Commission parking off RT 949 N41° 21.370 W078° 49.104 is about a 3.5 mile bike ride.
