Ingram Valley fort stash Traditional Cache

the cache itself is hidden up a hill at the site of and old fort in the Breamish Valley, near Ingram in Northumberland. The hike from the car park is not too dificult or long but is up some steepish terrain and uneven ground.
the start of the hike to the cache can be started from a small car park at the base of the hill where some toilets are situated. To reach this car park you should head to Powburn and then follow the signs for Ingram. This will take you down a small road which follows the path of the Breamish rever. If you follow this road you will come across a bridge that takes you over the river. After crossing this follow the road to your right and then at the junction, turn right again, following the sign for Linhope. Soon you will come across the car park on your right, with the hill you have to klimb to your left.
The cach is hidden close to the riuns of the fort at the top of the hill. It could take a while to be found. The cache is a small green lunchbox that contains a log book, a pencil and a few samll bits and bobs.
