Conestoga Camp Cache "aka" Benny's Revenge Traditional Cache
zigadabuzz: I have had way too many problems with this cache. I have replaced it 5 times. Any track abuse put in over the years never reappeared. I will hide a new cache in the area in the future. Also if you come upon a cache that idiots put food in you should remove that food. Thanks to all that enjoyed this bit of Conestoga history.

AT the Entrance to Camp Conestoga
Camp Conestoga Eberly Scout Reservation is in Laurel Hill State Park off of Rt 31 In Bakersville,Pa. It has been a Boy Scout Camp since 1949 serving 1000's of scouts from the Westmoreland-Fayette Council BSA. It is also the home of Wagion Lodge #6 Order of The Arrow one of the Oldest OA Lodges in the country.
Ben Robinson(Uncle Ben) was the son of Freed Slaves and worked on camp staff for many many years serving as Camp Ranger. Benny was a great inspiration for those scouts and scouters that attended camp and when he passed several years ago at over 100 years old those scouters all mourned his loss. This is Benny's Revenge as those of us that new and Loved him always heard him say in joking "I will get you boy" so here it is Benny's Revenge and enjoy the cache.
There is a large pull off on the left near the cache to park.
