"Disc"isions Multi-Cache

When I placed and named this cache at the University of Central Florida I felt it was a direct reflection on life, and all the choices and decisions we have to make along the way. At every stage the right decisions must be made to find the final stage. Good Luck! Muggles EVERYWHERE especially during the week! Stealth required at the last stage!!
**UPDATE 4/18/09 Since the first one was muggled from its hiding place on the old "Disc Golf Course", I've had to move the final stage to a new location. FTF is up for grabs again!!
The above coordinates will take you to the first stage of this three-stage multi-cache. You will need to acquire some information and calculate the coordinates to stage two. Once you reach the second stage, you will need to admire what’s before you carefully to figure out the coordinates to the final stage in order to collect your smiley!
Additional information needed: The parking coordinates are: 28°35.937N, 081°12.347W
These parking coordinates are closer to the final stage, but it will cost you $5 to park in the garage. Please obey all of the parking rules as the parking patrol like doing their jobs.
You will also need to know something about the University of Central Florida.
At stage one: Find the diamonds in the sky as you will need the number found between them. While facing the information you need, turn to your right 90° and look for “The torch of learning lights our way”. You will find a plate on each side of it, add together this information. For coordinates on the second stage, take the sum of the plates minus 1195. Drop your answer into these spaces: 28° 35._ _ _. For the other coordinates, take the diamond in the sky number and add it to the number of letters in the word that completes this phrase “University of Central Florida stands for _____________”, then add 243. Drop your answer into these spaces: 081°1_._ _ _. This takes you to stage two.
At stage two: Find the number of digits here and the number of swirl sections. Add 32 to the number of digits and drop the answer into these spaces: 28°36.0 _ _. Subtract the number of digits from the number of swirl sections, multiply by two and subtract one, then drop the answer into these spaces: 081°12.3 _ _. This will take you to the final stage.
At the final stage you will have to make a “disc”ision. Where exactly could it be? "Disc"isions, "Disc"isions.
