Geocache Description:

This is an easy one, basically flat ground.... little over growth.

This is a quick find you'll enjoy the scenery on a nice sunday afternoon... but it may take some looking. it is located in a green Nestle box. Its in the same lot as the community garden. Don't go farther North of the telephone poles/power lines or you'll wind up in the backyard of the neighbors to the north of the empty lot.
