I figured the Barstow/Ft. Irwin area could use another cache. And it was about time I attempted to hide one, so here it goes. You are looking for a small ammo can sadly camouflaged to blend in. This one does not require a 4WD vehicle or a lengthy hike through the desert. My gps has the cache about 250 feet from Ft. Irwin Road. Various swag goodies and FTF$ Good Luck!
