Geocache Description:

The paths at Quarry Lakes are pretty flat and easy to walk.

Quarry Lake has always been one of my favorite parks in the East Bay.  Quarry Lakes has many different activities to choose from, swimming, boating, fishing, and of course walking along the many trails.  I picked this spot because of the great views it offered.  Near this cache you will find a bench and a picnic table, but be careful when looking for this cache because non-cachers may be enjoying the great view too.  Hopefully this cache will bring more people to this great park!

You do have to pay to enter Quarry Lakes, but there are several smaller entrances along the Alameda County Trail, that you do not have to pay at.  One of the entrances is at N37 34.055 W122 00.169
