Eureka! Eureka!! Traditional Cache

Eureka! I Have Found It!! (GCWQVW) used to be hidden very close to this cache. Construction and renovation took away the hiding place for the container, so that cache was archived.
This new cache is hidden in a totally different manner and the container is also a different type, so I felt that it should give geocachers a chance to earn a different SMILEY.
Work is being done to restore the old gym at this location, so depending upon when you search, you may need to use your best stealth tactics.
If you found the original Eureka! cache, when you find this one you can yell Eureka! Eureka!!, but don't do it too loudly because you will only be about two blocks away from the police station.
Bring your own writing utensil and enjoy the hunt!!!
