The other one of ours on the Mugswell Meander.
This bonus cache requires you to have solved our previous ten caches. You don't have to visit them, just know how to solve them. Who knows, if you haven't solved them yet, some of this may even help?
If you have forgotten how you solved any of them, but have been there (which proves you must have known the answer at some time), then send us an email asking for the bits you've forgotten and we will remind you!
Assume N51 and W 00 as usual and that leaves two sets of five numbers to find. Call these abcde and fghij.
a is as in our first cache, Cross Roads, which was not a puzzle cache - so a is 1.
b is as in our first puzzle cache - Part 1 - Judi meets Zager. Your clue is 23.
c is as in Part 2 - Pay on the Nail. Your clue is D-E.
d is as in Part 3 - 8 4. Your clue is LK.
e is as in What immortal hand or eye? Your clue is Magnolia.
f is as in A wee drop of red Angus? Your clue is C-B.
g is as in Drago Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus. Your clue is in which book is Sirius first mentioned?
h is as in Look Sharp 1. Your clue is D.
i is as in Look Sharp 2. Your clue is 81150.
j is as in Look Sharp 3. Your clue is D.
But here comes the rub. Two Maths professors, Alan and Mike, meet in the bar.
"You have three children now?" says Alan.
"That's right," replies Mike.
"How old are they?" asks Alan.
"The product of their ages is 36, and the sum of their ages is the number on your front door," replies Mike.
After a short while, Alan smiles and says, "that's not enough information."
"Correct," says Mike.
That should give you two sets of 3 numbers. Put each set in descending order. That now gives you two 3-digit numbers. Take the larger number away from abcde and the smaller one from fghij.
