EXTREME STEALTH is highly, HIGHLY recommended for this cache... The middle of the night with a BFL (big flashlight) would be the best time. Or early in the morning when no one is around. DO NOT attempt this cache in the afternoon as Prospect Park can get busy and you would look VERY suspicious.
This cache is placed in honour of the Great Lord Simcoe Geocaching Marathon IV, when we ran into far too many microcaches hidden in pine trees. It grew so bad that by the end you could hear a chorus arise whenever another pine tree was spotted at at the coordinates: "Not another pine tree cache!"
