Geocache Description:


The Everton Dam is located in a Durban Metro Open Space park. Used by local kids for fishing, bicycle rides etc. A pair of Egyptian Geese can be spotted as well as some other water birds.

An Indigenous garden has been started on the banks by the locals.
Let us treat this as a CITO cache. (Cache In Trash Out) That means it would be greatly appreciated if you could pick up some of the trash along the way while looking for this cache. It would be a good idea to bring your own trash bag along. Unfortunately people seem to have no respect for the environment surrounding the dam whatsoever.
