Geocache Description:

A cache to honour the Pickering Soccer 9 and under Boys Gold team's last regular game of the 2007 season.

The gold team made amazing progress over the course of this season and ended the regular games with two shut outs at the Brock East fields. Kudos to coach Steve, awesome goalie John, defencemen Robert and Lucas, forwards Johnny, Shavi, Dylan and all the other boys whose names I can't think of right now! Way to go guys!

In honour of this team, we have placed a cache near the soccer fields with a few soccer items in it, and some other stuff too. It is a cammo'd plastic jar.

Start by parking at the Brock Ridge Community Park (entrance on Brock St) and follow the paved trail to the west. A little bushwhacking is needed, especially in summer.
