Otsiningo North
Park at Otsiningo North , flush toilets and drinking fountain there with a kiosk that has a park map. This is a paved walking path along the river towards Otsiningo Park.
The path is also widened by mowing on both sides. Lots of people use this park for biking and skateing and dog walking. There are benches along the way and the terrain is flat with some shade trees. There are two socker fields here and are usually in use. There is a bench close to the cache so you can sit and take your time with the cache. Trade Items welcome and there are some religeous trade items here , one has been blessed by a well known person overseas. Crosses, medals, medalions, neclace chains...and like that. Maybe this will improve your luck!
