Geocache Description:


Welcome to the Glebe, an old residential neighbourhood just South of the downtown area in Ottawa. It was one of Ottawa's first suburbs, and in 1900 a streetcar line was established between the Glebe and downtown Ottawa. Most houses in the area date from this era. You'll find many restaurants, pubs and small stores along Bank Street. For more information on the Glebe, please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Glebe


The cache is a bison tube. The area is high traffic at times (lots of kids and dogs, and their owners), so please be discreet. There's ample parking on the nearby streets. This cache is night friendly, and winter accessible.
