Replaced 3/6/14. Nothing special here except a nice view of Mt Whitney and encouragement to stop at the nearby Visitor Center.
Small cammo'd container hidden under a bush on the fenceline, and covered with sticks and roots about 3' east of GZ and the pink box (to the right as you face the box). PLEASE RE-HIDE AND COVER COMPLETELY. Not only do you have a great view of Mt Whitney, visit the inter-agency visitor center nearby. It's free and generally open 8-5 every day, and has info about the Eastern Sierra, Owens Valley and Death Valley . Please re-hide and cover completely.
