Clark Lookout provides a very nice view of Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee in the distance. There is a grassy area surrounded by stone walls, and a stone bench making it a perfect lunch spot. We find this one of those "special places" that geocaching can lead you to. The walk is 0.4 miles each way along a crushed stone woods road in excellent condition with a slight incline. The trail head is by a gate directly across Rt 103A from the parking area. Parking is at the New London Park and Ride on Rt.103A, just west of I-89 exit 12. A kiosk is located a short distance up the trail.
August 28, 2020 - This cache is a camouflaged bison tube micro. It blends in well with its surroundings. Bring your own pencil. Small and regular sized containers at this site always seem to grow legs.
