Geocache Description:

The "ZH" in the cache name above signifies a Zombie Hunt, a project by the Solanum and Undead Awareness Foundation (SUAF) to distinguish those caches that are placed at or near locations where there may be an increased chance of a zombie encounter (e.g., cemeteries, brain labs, etc.).

Above all else, please be respectful of the area.

I will provide a survival tip with each ZH hide to educate others about how to deal and cope with a zombie encounter.

Infection - What Happens When Everything Goes Wrong:

When someone has been bitten by a zombie, or otherwise traded vital body fluids, that person is toast. He/she will become a zombie in the very near future. It is that little bug (virus) named Solanum that is at the root of this doom.

Once you know a person has become infected, you can expect a lot of changes in his/her immediate future. The timetable below outlines the process of an infected human (give or take several hours, depending on the individual).

Hour 5: Fever (99-103 degrees), chills, slight dementia, vomiting, acute pain in the joints.
Hour 8: Numbing of extremities and infected area. increased fever (103-106 degrees), increased dementia, loss of muscular coordination.
Hour 11: Paralysis in the lower body, overall numbness, slowed heart rate.
Hour 16: Coma.
Hour 20: Heart stoppage. Zero brain activity.
Hour 23: Reanimation.

This geocache is a micro container. It is mint tin wrapped in camo tape. No magnets man!

At this location, the satellite reception in my solution was not outstanding. So I went a couple of steps thataway and grabbed another set of coordinates. Reception still shy of outstanding. N39 37.826 W084 09.134

I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Have fun! And if you see a zombie staggering toward you, run! Fast! Although they stagger pretty slow, they are persistent.
