PUENTE COLGANTE

Para llegar hasta este caché debemos
previamente cruzar el “Puente Colgante” existente en el paraje
conocido como “Los Cahorros”.
Desde la localidad de Monachil (Granada), podremos dirigirnos con
nuestro vehículo al area de parking recomendada en N 37º 07.801 W3º
31.782.
A partir de aquí se debe seguir a pié por un cómodo camino bien
indicado, que no necesita demasiado esfuerzo físico y que nos
conducirá al caché en un tiempo aproximado de 50 minutos.
Los Cahorros es una zona bien conocida por los practicantes de la
escalada, ya que cuenta con grandes paredes verticales a los dos
lados del rio. Deberemos prestar especial atención a la recepción
de nuestro GPS.
No debemos olvidar que nos encontramos dentro de los limites del
Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada, y en un espacio Natural
especialmente protegido. Debemos prestar especial atención sobre
todo en fines de semana, a la presencia de múltiples excursionistas
que suelen encontrarse por la zona para evitar que puedan descubir
el lugar exacto del caché.
To get to this cache, we have to cross along the ‘Hanging Bridge’
that exists in the place known as ‘The Cahorros’.
From Monachil town (Granada), we can drive our vehicle to the
recommended parking area in N 37 º 07.801 W3 º 31.782.
From here it’s necessary to continue walking by a comfortable well
indicated way. This path does’nt require too much physical effort
and will lead us to the cache in about 50 minutes.
The Cahorros is a well-known area for climbers, because of its
high vertical walls at both sides of the river. We will have to pay
special attention to the reception level of our GPS.
We must’nt forget that we are inside the bounds of the Natural
Reserve of Sierra Nevada, and in a specially protected natural
space. We must pay attention to the presence of multiple trippers,
specially weekends, who use to walk there to prevent the discovery
of the hiding place of the cache.
