A cache on Pasture Island near Elephant Rock
Elephant Rock (picture coming) is a natural rock shape on the edge of Pasture Island - a conservancy owned by Keene State. The cache is a smallish tupperware container with enough room for a few small items.
This was a joint effort with Granitenuby who supplied the boats we used to place this. You can stop at N42 59.202 W72 03.745 and start your climb. The cache is near the top of the mountain/hill/bump (whatever). While you're there, take a few more steps and head up to the top.
You will need a boat (except in the winter) - hence the terrain 5 rating. The cache should be winter-friendly. You can launch your boat at the public Nubabusit launch off of Landing Road (N42 59.794 W72 02.750). Please be careful to rehide the cache. It relies on camouflage which will need to be replaced.
