F1rst_Timer: Thank you to everyone who visited. The cache and it's hidey hole have been washed away, along with the overhanging tree that used to be at this point. Also , the small outlet pipe has been replaced with a much larger pipe at the site (which also could have been the cause of the cache going missing). Evidence suggests that the site was approximately 2feet under water quite recently.
