Geocache Description:

This is a little over 1/2 mile hike (on my pedometer) from the Glen Cove parking area. Do not try to attempt finding it from the 4x4 trail – go along the shoreline. The beach is beautiful, but makes for very rocky hike.

Glen Cove is a very special location for our family and our late dog, Toby… hence the name. It's now a favorite for our new dog, Drake.

We love Drummond Island and Puddingstones. Drummond Island is known to have a kazillion of these special stones that formed over a billion years ago. They come in all sizes and we have found the granddaddy of them all! Take a walk along the shore and look for these special stones/post a picture. The scenery is breathtaking and the swimming is nice too. This can be accessed in winter, but I don't think I'd attempt it.

Michigan Puddingstones are a conglomerate of primarily quartzite and pebbles of jasper. They come in a variety of colors, primarily white or green with "spots."

Container is a spray painted larger pill bottle with a logbook, pencil, small items such as a $1 Presidential Gold Coin, Petosky Stone, eraser, ball, ring, stickers, fish charm, etc.
