This cache is located just off of the exit ramp, there is almost always at least one big truck sitting on the shoulder, this has been a popular napping area for years, there is an old truck stop just around the corner from the cache, if you park there it will be a very small walk around the fence to the cache, you will have to bushwack only about 20 feet no matter which way you go, there is pretty much nothing else around.
I tried to hide a cache here in Menifee a while back and I started at City Hall, I explained to the Mayor what geocaching is and told him there are none hidden here, maybe the city park, an old cemetery down the road, even the old pavillion that no one uses and is an eyesore on top of it, he kicked back in his chair, through his feet on top of his desk and said, I'll tell you right now, ya'll might do this in other cities but there ain't nobody gonna be catching geo's on Menifee city property.
Keyword here being CITY PROPERTY. I was lucky enough to get permission to hide this cache and it IS NOT ON MENIFEE CITY PROPERTY.
When you are here in Menifee be sure and watch your speed cause they will give you a ticket and if you go to their "court" you still have to pay and you will have to wait on 3 other people that has money to pay their fine before they can give you change. Trust me, I know.
I really hope you enjoy finding this cache as much as i enjoyed hiding it, and yes, I did enjoy hiding this one more than any one I've hidden yet. If there is any way I can improve this cache please don't hesitate to let me know and please, if you happen up toward city hall for some unknown reason, tell the Mayor to "Kiss My Cache"
