MCH 14 - T & C's Epic Adventure Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Negatyve: it appears that several stages of this cache weren't able to hold up against the forces of nature. I think there is to much that needs to be done to repair the cache and I don't think its worth the effort.

Geocache Description:

This cache was placed for the extra special purpose of being Tuckerman and Cropalt's 1000th find. As such I have made this an extremely challenging adventure. This adventure is meant to be both physically and mentally challenging.Across the pond

The cache will take you to Viney Hill Brook Park. The property that compromises the park was purchased by the town of Essex in 2001 for the purpose of both active and passive recreation. The park totals 91 acres.
Your journey will bring you on a tour of the 61 acres dedicated as passive recreation land. There are six established trails through the passive recreation area, all marked with a color code, which pass through various habitats and connect the most interesting features of the preserve.
The entrance to the passive recreation area is located at the end of Cedar Grove Terrace. Directions from Rt. 154 take Gates Road to Cedar Grove Terrace. Parking is available at the trail head, please park in the designated area and not in the street or blocking the right of way.
The trails are well identified throughout the park, but from time to time may become obscured by foliage growth. Some are quite rugged and can present a tripping hazard. I do not know if the preserve or the parking area can be accessed during the snowy months of winter. Even if it is this cache is not recommended during extremely cold, icy or snowy conditions.

Please exercise your best judgment while seeking this cache. This cache can be physically demanding at times and you should only seek it if you are comfortable performing these physical challenges.
Please be courteous of this area and respect all natural surroundings during your search. There is no need to tear apart or destroy anything while seeking any of the stages.
