Still might be a stretch for some. I have kept the same location but changed the 'camo' slightly to make it less obvious to non-cachers. Please take care not to overtighten the cover and replace as found for others to enjoy. The Difficulty rating has been raised slightly.
Welcome to Big Falls!!! The falls really aren’t that big but check that out for yourself. There are a few recreational opportunities here. Be sure to take a walk around this relatively unknown park. You can get a good look at the power plant, the falls and the river. It's a beautiful spot. I placed this one after finding so many caches that seem to have no purpose other than someone found a hollow tree. So I hope that when you discover this cache, you'll appreciate the location too - Rum_Runner. I wanted to get this cache back up to be found asap - hoping to add additional info soon for area activities and POI - Hunters333.
