It's probably right where you think it is; it's not hard to
find, but--depending on the time and day--muggles may be a factor,
as well as a possible parking fee - if you park here
during school hours, hence the 1.5 terrain rating.
Note: there is close-by short term parking .3 of a mile toward
the West, starting at $.50; or, another option is (always free)
parking across the street.
