Geocache Description:

This is a series that includes Henry the VIII, his six wives and three children. Coordinates for Henry and his wives are correct. (Or at least they are meant to be). Coordinates for the children are slightly off. The correct longitude for each child can be found on the cache for the Dad, while the correct latitude for each child will be found with his or her mum. Cache is located in-town. High muggle area.

Last of the Tudor dynasty. It is a tribute to her cleverness that she even lived to rule at all. She had to survive the politics of her father, numerous step mothers, her brother then most frightening of all her sister Mary. When she did take the throne, she inherited a country that was bankrupt and divided over many issues, not the least of which was religion. She chose a religion that was Protestant in name and tolerant of Catholics. During her reign the country fought off the attack of her brother in law, King Phillip of Spain. He sent his Spanish Armada against England. Her choice in all things was: What would make England great?. That was the legacy that she would leave to the country.

Since Elizabeth is my favorite child, all the cool "princess stuff" that my mum wouldn't buy me when I was a kid has been packed into the ammo box. Enjoy!
