Not a typical Tram Law because the cache is not at the coordinates above. The coordinates will get you to the parking lot, however. The frustration brought about by caches like this led me to do this cache.
You have to do a little manipulation of the gps unit to get to the actual cache. You may have to drag out the old manual to get the directions to change the coordinate system in your gps unit to the UTM coordinate system. You could also convert the above parking lot location to UTM and by calculating the amount you are off E and N, then figure out how far you are from the actual cache (much too much trouble but doable).

Placed in a non-traditional Tram Law fashion in a VERY HIGH muggle area. It was just too perfect to pass up. You must be very stealthy or this one will not last.
I have made it just a little more difficult to be stealthy in order to make the grab and sign the log. I was lucky enough to be able to access the location to place it without too much trouble but I had my wife along just in case I needed a decoy. We had a nice wait, however, before I was able to place the cache. You might benefit by having a decoy with you if the muggle population is normal.
Please do not give any details on the hide in your logs. In spite of this, the more you write the more the owner is rewarded for their effort. You will either hate the frustration or love the challenge......
