Geocache Description:

I was driving up to grab another cache one day and my path up Ice House Road was blocked by an overturned trailer. The driver was fine and said an excavator went over, but I couldn't see it, only the path of destruction and smell of diesel fuel.
Funny as I was waiting there, I met ksaylor who had seen the GC license plate cover and came up and asked me if I was a cacher. We chatted for a few and then had to detour all the way up to Wright's Lake Road to get 3 miles from where I was heading.
Each time I drive by I notice the path of trees the excavator took out, so I decided to place a cache there. I thought I'd place it right beside the heavy machinery, but it's already been removed.
You should be able to follow the path pretty easily down the steep slope right to the cache. You may find an easier way up .
