This cache is located within Hudson’s Barlow Farm Park near its border with Case-Barlow Farm, Inc. Please park in one of the parking lots in the park and access the cache from the park.
The history of the Case-Barlow Farm begins in 1814 when the Case family began its journey via covered wagon from Connecticut to Hudson, Ohio. Case-Barlow Farm, Inc. was established in 1996 to rescue the farm and surrounding historic buildings from demolition by a housing developer. Today the Farm consists of a Farmhouse, Bank Barn, Carriage House, and miscellaneous outbuildings situated on 4.2 acres and surrounded by the 60 acre city-owned Barlow Farm Park.
The cache is a small camouflaged Lock & Lock container. You can grab this one without wandering into the undergrowth. This park can be very busy at times. Therefore, stealth may be required.
Daylight caching only! Dogs on leash OK.
