This should be a pretty easy park and grab cache. Bring a Pen!
The cache is on Texas A&M University property. There is an old
"no trespassing" sign nearby (hence, the cache name), but this
facility is open to the public now and the sign is a relic from the
location's prior use. You won't really be entering the property
anyway unless you are very lost. Watch for traffic muggles.
