Oh boy, a new cache comes out and then you see that it's one of those damn puzzle caches.
Yeap, "It's a drag"

WARNING: All puzzle cache hater, place on ignore list now.

This one's meant to be tough. But not too tough. I'm even going to tell you the cipher used.
All you need to do is figure out the rest.

So to help you out. here's what we do know:

It's a polyalphabetic cipher, used in Geocaching all the time. Named after a french gentleman.
Cipher alphabet: Normal A thru Z.
Keyword: Sorry on your own, but it's not a single word, but not a running random key. When you see it you'll know it.

I know of one way to figure this out.


Although you don't need a geochecker I've added one. It will give you good parking coords once you figure it out.
