Geocache Description:


Cache is an Ammo Box located near the Manchester, South Dakota Monument. This cache is dedicated to all the people who lived in or near Manchester before the Tornado destroyed the town in June of 2003. Cache contains a brief history and some information on the tornado and some small trade items. Take time to read the info and check out the Monument with the names of people who had a part in the Manchester community for many years.
I grew up on a farm a couple miles from Manchester and enjoyed visiting my Grandparents who lived in town in the 50's and 60's.
