Panaca, NV
We will be having a potluck lunch. We ask that everyone please indicate what they are bringing in the same note that is sent for the number of people in your group so we will know what all we will have.
Our special guest will be Baad Daata, who will be giving us some information on different types of containers and also some tips and tricks to make your geocaching experience better.
After lunch, we will hand out a coordinate page with a bunch of caches located within a few miles of Panaca. (These caches won’t be published until after the event, to make it fair.) Everyone will get a few hours to go find as many as they can and then return back (at a set time) for prizes.
We are going to have several other caches in the area that will be published prior to the event. Please bring items for trading.
We will also be having door prizes. If you have something to donate for a prize, let us know so we can determine what we have, prior to the event.
The park has only 5 picnic tables, so if you have a chair, bring one.
Everyone is invited. If you know someone who is new to the sport, please encourage them to attend also. Plan on having a great time and doing lots of caching.
