Easy stroll from the parking lot, down the Greenway Trail to this Travel Bug Hotel
This is the new home of the old Chiefland Depot. It is the home of the Chiefland Chamber of Commerce. Stop in for free maps an other area information.
The depot is now one of the trail heads to the Nature Coast Greenway Trail. A great place for walking, skating or cycling. We local residents are very pround of our trail system.
As you look around the park, you will see picnic tables, an informational kiosk and an American Flag pole - all part of an Eagle Scout project.
I wanted a convenient location for travelers on U.S. 19 to swap their Travel Bugs and toys. My grandaughters helped me load this cache so I hope you like what you find. Please excersize the normal care regarding muggles and the placement of the found cache. Thank you for paying our little town a visit.
