Rodney, the Rails-To-Trails Pirate was number 52 (out of The "Rockwood" Pirate Prison GCZETP) by his own admission. Upon escape to NY state he decided to turn land pirate on the rails. Unfortunately for Rodney, he didn't know the rails had gone out in '77. So, poor Rodney is stuck out on a hike/bike trail. Be sure to visit him and sign his guest book, but don't let him pick your pocket.
Rodney is in a small plastic container. I had a bit of trouble getting coords so I will tell you that he is on the right side of the trail as you are coming from Morris Rd.
