This cache is not at the listed coordinates

I worked out this cache after spending the season as a caretaker at the Overlook Hotel. In my spare time, I worked on my novel, hundreds of pages, really, and I think it’s my best piece of work yet. I’ve posted an excerpt from it below, perhaps it will help you find what you’re looking for. And if you need any help, don’t be afraid to axe!
