I placed this cache during one of my many stops on the drive home from visiting my sister lissie in New York.
Cache is located at the South Carolina Welcome Center located along I-95 south bound. It is a medium sized lock-n-lock hidden along a small path in a wooded area where some travelers walk their dogs.
Tree coverage made getting very accurate coords difficult but the hint should help. Please watch for muggles and recover cache well.
FTF prize in the little blue pouch. Have fun.
