This is located on Fowl River in a part called "The Narrow." The land it is located on has a beautiful view...too bad the people who "reside" here can no longer enjoy it.
The cache is located on the banks of Fowl River. Out of respect for the neighbors I would like this to be a boat-only cache. But if you decide to go by land just be aware of possible muggles and be stealth-like. The cache contains the following:
