Esta praia estabelece o limite entre os concelhos de Alcobaça e
Nazaré. O acesso para a Falca surge da estrada florestal paralela à
costa, existindo, na mesma, alguns metros para Sul, um acesso
alternativo. Poderá ainda chegar a esta zona da estrada florestal a
partir da EN 242, seguindo as indicações para a praia da Légua.
Uma agradável zona de pinhal envolve o reduzido conjunto de
habitações e a praia, a qual não possui qualquer tipo de
infra-estruturas. Assim, não existe um acesso definido para o
imenso areal, mas antes vários trilhos que serpenteiam na encosta
envolvente.
Nesta, a biodiversidade vegetal é considerável, apesar da acácia
e do chorão marcarem presença. No vale, a água e o vento moldaram
formas curiosas, que, de perto, nos transportam para outros mundos.
As gaivotas aproveitaram este cenário quase selvagem, formando um
enorme bando, que até dispõe de bebedouro, pois uma pequena ribeira
desagua na praia. Os pescadores são visitantes frequentes da Falca,
optando, acertadamente, pelo acesso existente na praia da
Légua.

This beach establishes the limit between the municipalities of
Alcobaça and Nazaré. The access to Falca beach is possible through
the forest road parallel to the coast, also existing there, a few
meters to the south, an alternative access. You can also arrive at
this area through the National Road EN 242, following the road
signs to praia da Légua.
A pleasant pine forest area enclosures a reduced number of
houses and the beach, which does not have any kind of
infrastructures. There is no defined access to this immense sandy
beach, only several twining tracks surrounding the hill.
At this place, the vegetable biodiversity is considerable,
despite the fact that the acacia and weeping-willow are a regular
presence. In the valley, the water and the wind have moulded
curious forms that, seen from near, transport us to different
worlds. The seagulls took advantage of this almost savage scenery,
forming a huge flock, that even disposes of a drinking fountain as
a small bank flows into the beach. Fishermen are Falca’s frequent
visitors, rightly choosing the access that exists at praia da
Légua.
