Opera teatrale in 2 atti e 3 quadri, composta tra il Febbraio 1891 e l’ Aprile 1892
Prima rappresentazione a S. Pietroburgo, 18 dicembre 1892.
Sceneggiatura di Marius Petipa (da "Nussknacker und Mausekönig" di Ernst Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann, nella versione di Alexandre Dumas padre).
Lo Schiaccianoci è una delle opere più popolari di Caikovskij. La musica appartiene al periodo romantico e contiene alcune tra le più orecchiabili melodie, spesso usate come colonna sonora in Tv e nei film. Il Trepak (danza russa) è una delle più famose.
Per trovare questa cache dovrete conoscere alcune nozioni basilari di musica, come leggere uno spartito.
Ecco cosa dovete fare:
1) andare al sito della biblioteca di spartiti liberi (visit link)
2) cliccare su Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky(1840-1893)
3) scegliere Nutcracker Suite – IV Trepak (è necessario Acrobat Reader, comunque ho allegato il file con la partitura)
4) Dallo spartito del Trepak considerate la partitura per flauto (è la prima - Flauto I.)
5) Prendete le prime 3 note associando loro un numero secondo la seguente regola: Do=1; Re=2; Mi=3; Fa=4; Sol=5; La=6; Si=7
6) Avrete 1 numero di 3 cifre corrispondenti alle prime 3 note = XYZ, sottraete 284, risultato RST=XYZ-284
7) Andate a Firenze in Via San Leonardo 64, alle coordinate sopra indicate, sulla facciata della casa c’è una lapide con l’anno in cui Chaikowskij vi dimorò = ABCD (nota: l’anno è in numeri romani), ora sottraete 1753, per cui: EFG=ABCD-1753
8) Le coordinate finali della cache sono: N 43°45.RST; E 11°15.EFG

The Nutcracker is one of the most popular pieces of Caikovskij. The music belongs to the Romantic Period and contains some of his most memorable melodies which are frequently used as soundtracks in TV and movies. The Trepak (russian dance) is one of the most famous of them.
To find this cache you must know some basics of music like to read a sheetmusic.
Here is what you have to do:
1. Go to the free sheetmusic library (visit link)
2. Click on Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky(1840-1893)
3. choose Nutcracker Suite – IV Trepak (you need Acrobat Reader, anyway I have enclosed a file with the score)
4. From the Trepak orchestra score look at the first score for flute (it is the first - Flauto I.)
5. Look at the first 3 notes giving them a number according to the following rule: Do=1; Re=2; Mi=3; Fa=4; Sol=5; La=6; Si=7.
6. You’ve got a number of 3 digits corresponding to the first 3 notes = XYZ, minus 284, total RST=XYZ-284
7. In Florence, go to Via San Leonardo 64, at the above coords, on the house wall where Tchaikovskij sojourned when he was in Florence, there is a memorial stone bearing the year in which he lived there = ABCD (note: the year is in roman blocks), now minus 1753, so you get: EFG=ABCD-1753
8. The cache final coords are: N 43°45.RST; E 11°15.EFG
