Where's the Dingo, mate? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Deceangi: Rather than keep this cache temporarily disabled (which should only be used for shortish periods) I'm archiving it. If/when the cache is ever replaced I'll gladly unarchive it assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden at the start/end point for the Hadrian's wall walk in Bowness-on-Solway. We placed the cache after walking the wall from Newcastle over 6 days. We were shocked by the lack of caches in the stretch from Carlisle so decided that future cachers/wall walkers deserved a cache at the end of the long walk. We have left an SD card in the cache (this is not a swap item) please put it in your camera and take a pic of yoursef.

We called the cache 'where's the Dingo, mate?' because as we were walking we entertained ourselves by trying out different accents. One of the most popular was the Ausie accent and one of the most often said phrases was 'where's the Dingo, mate?' The walk ended up becoming one long hunt for the ellusive dingo (don't ask!!)

If you are just starting the walk then good luck, if you have finished it then a big well done and if you are on a cache n dash then why not think about walking the wall?

If you spot any dingos on your travels post your pics here
