This is one of 2 caches in the local area where land developers have moved in.
One of a series of caches in the area themed on the 1970 Song "Big Yellow Taxi" by Joni Mitchell and sung by a number of artists and reached No 6 on the Australian Charts.
The bushland has suffered greatly from the actions of the developers. This is a classic example of the power of large enterprises taking over large tracts of land.
Millions of tonnes of earth have been moved to flatten the area for commercial/industrial development.
Even with the development, the view of the area and the distant hills is spectacular.
The quick access to the cache is closed at present due to road works associated with the development. You will have to access the area from Parkinson Bushland on Johnson Rd.
