Geocache Description:


This cache location has a fantastic view. The coordinates will take you to a public access area on Watauga Lake. You can look across the lake and see the great Watauga Dam. The muggle factor will be very high during warmer months. Weekends with nice weather will be especially difficult for a cache hunter to maintain stealth. One bonus is that the hide location is a fair distance from the center of activity. One could easily stroll up to the area and stealthily make the grab. If you cannot get this one without getting muggles then please return at a time when the area is less populated. Remember to bring a writing tool as this is a sign only micro bison tube container. Enjoy the hunt and the view!
