THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!
To find the final to this cache you go to 4 locations. All are the site of or were the site of local golf courses. There is more money in development so the golf courses are losing out. At these locations you answer the questions to solve the coordinates. Count carefully and take care in your computations....all the information is clearly found.
If you are in a wheelchair only the final will be out of your reach.
Do not put a space between any multiple word answer when counting. Do not count the word street, avenue, etc or the directions i.e. NW. When naming a golf course, just say the name i.e. McNary not McNary Golf Club.

A= The total of the numbers in the address of the green house at the nearest intersection minus 14.
B= The number of ducks always here.
C= The number of letters in the street name minus 2.
D= The number of letters in the name of the golf course that was here minus 8 -OR- the number of letters in the name of intersecting street at "A" minus 5.

E= The number of letters in the name of the nearby church (do not count the word church) minus 10.
F= The number of letters in the name of the golf course minus 9
G= The number of O's in the name of the nearby neighborhood plus 1
Third Waypoint N 44 54.602/W 123 04.301
H= The total of the numbers in the address of the million dollar plus house here minus 5.
I= The number of letters in the road to the south minus 11.
J= The number of letters in the name of the road to the north minus 3
Fourth(and final) Waypoint N 44 AB.CDE/W123 FG.HIJ.
