Geocache Description:

Steep paths from the nearest car park. Others are available but increase the distance to/from the cache.

The cache is in a tupperware box. The area is popular with walkers although the cache is slightly off the beaten track. You may need a stick to have a poke around. Sometimes there are horses/ponies in the field and you are asked not to feed them. There is a marked walking route around the meadows and is well worth the visit, but please remember it can be very steep in places. Cache contains the following. Lottery scratch card for FTF (good luck) Wooden nickle corkscrew bracelet Microstar Glass moon Glass star Great tit badge polished stone perfume oil in a bottle Mrs G is getting carried away with the swag. This is a stunning place for a walk and picnic, take advantage of it there is at least one more cache in the area and you should realy get the shanks pony moving and get them both. Enjoy the surroundings. If the co-ordinates are too much of a problem let me know and I will move the cache to a site with a better signal strength. Happy Hunting
